• Conceptualised and formulated Productivity index, built to track and monitor effectively on the holistic growth of a Zone/region.
• This index allows to easily compare and juxtapose with the other regions and zones. The bottom performers quartile were identified and given a logical closure.
• 2. 'Initiatives survey’ and Crowd-sourcing of Ideas from employees.
• Sourced suggestions and feedback on all the 126 Initiatives of ABSLAMC.
