I lead People Success at Almabase, where I build systems that help people do their best work, managers lead with clarity and care, and teams grow stronger as the company scales. My experience spans 5+ years across People Success, and my strength lies in connecting empathy, structure, and strategy. Whether it’s org design, performance, or capability building, I see my role as designing with the why and who in mind, not just the what. I’m currently pursuing the ACC coaching certification (ICF) through Navgati. Coaching has helped me become a better listener, a more intentional enabler, and a stronger partner to decision makers. Currently, I'm actively building deeper knowledge and hands-on experience in: - Business acumen : to better partner with leaders on hiring planning and strategy - Global HR compliance : to prepare People systems for scale across borders I’m also exploring how AI can transform People Success, from no-code automation and workflows to tools that support smarter decision-making, coaching, and team development. I believe AI can empower everyone to have an accelerated development in their careers. Vision & Purpose: My purpose in life is to contribute to governance and public policy, applying the lens of People and organizational systems to solve large-scale societal challenges. I’m especially drawn to work that combines ethical leadership, public-private collaboration, and systems thinking - creating lasting impact at scale. This vision brings me full circle to where my journey began at TISS, where I was first introduced to the power of institutions, systems, and human development. After few more years of building grounded experience in HR and People strategy, I hope to take these learnings back into the world of policy, equity, and nation-building.
