I’ve spent over a decade in marketing and if there’s one thing I know for certain, it’s this: most brands at ₹10Cr–₹100Cr/month don’t fail because of a bad product. They stall because nobody in the room is asking the hard strategic questions who are we really for, why should they trust us over everyone else, and is our GTM actually built for how our best customers make decisions? That’s the gap I exist to fill. I’m Jayant Mishra, Fractional CMO, Brand Strategist, and someone who has been on both sides of the table as a marketing leader and as a founder building his own brands from scratch. I work with ambitious founders and leadership teams who want a senior marketing mind embedded in their business not an agency optimising for their own retainer, not a consultant who disappears after the deck, but someone who thinks like an owner and is accountable to real outcomes. Over the last 10+ years, I’ve led marketing as CMO at Stylework, scaling their B2B SaaS and Proptech brand across enterprise and SME segments in India’s hybrid workspace market. I’ve built GTM strategies, demand generation engines, and brand architecture for E-commerce and D2C brands. I’m the Co-founder of co-live-co-work a premium workation and wellness retreat planform (launching and revealing soon), and co-building alternative healthcare platform, a D2C pharma and wellness brand. Building my own ventures keeps my thinking sharp every framework I bring to your business has been stress-tested with my own money, not just theorised in a boardroom.
