I am a Principal Demand Generation Marketer at Genesys, a global leader in AI-powered experience orchestration. With over 20 years of experience in marketing, I have the credentials, competencies and hands-on experience to develop and execute effective global marketing strategies and programs for strategic alliances, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, SAP, and Google Cloud, channel partners such as TTECH, ConvergeOne, and Carahsoft, and systems integrators like Capgemini, Deloitte, HCL, Infosys and Accenture. In my current role, design the global marketing strategy for our Genesys-AWS and Genesys-Capgemini global strategic alliances. This includes developing the message, the content, and the campaigns that scale across key regions. Why? To boost our better-together story, keep us top of mind, and drive marketing-qualified leads into the hands of local sellers on the ground. Over the past 4 years, our AWS alliance has grown exponentially each year, with sales pipeline representing a fair portion of Genesys global bookings. As of June 2025, I have taken on the initial launch and growth of our Genesys-Capgemini alliance, doubling down on Agentic AI and growing our CX practice with Capgemini. I was recognized as a 2023 Google Cloud Partner All-star for my outstanding performance and leadership in marketing and my collaboration and guidance with international marketing teams for the Genesys-Google Cloud strategic alliance. I recently spoke at the ACTIVATE AUSTIN annual gathering of like-minded marketers and recently contributed to the FourCorters blog about best practices in Partner Marketing.
