👋🏽 I’m a curious, strategic yet hands-on, results-driven global marketing leader with 15+ years of experience leading global b2b marketing teams in high-growth technology (SaaS) enterprises and as an active member in their Management Teams. My broad experience includes building several marketing functions and teams from the scratch, repositioning local brands into leading international players, and building a category for an emerging global star. The years spent in fast-growing frontrunner tech companies have equipped me with a strong skill set in change management and taught me how to lead in changing environments from hypergrowth to downscaling. I have had the opportunity to build and lead marketing in visionary Nordic startups as well as globally known technology brands. I feel at home in different environments from scaleups to complex organizations. This diverse experience has given me the skills to understand the needs of the changing business, and most importantly, - people. I’ve been thanked for my ability to paint a clear vision, communicate transparently across different reference groups, get teams to work together for a common goal, and to tirelessly drive change inside organizations.
