A seasoned Talent Acquisition Leader | Executive Search | Leadership Hiring Specialist Recently worked with Postman ( Ex-Yahoo!, Google, WalmartLabs) & ran my own executive search venture and exited. My journey has been hiring rockstar engineering talent across large product companies and early-stage startups. I have built and led high performing recruiting teams. After a career break, I’m now exploring challenging roles in Talent Acquisition — open to working only with startups that are creating high impact in domains like Deep Tech, AI, Cybersecurity, Space, Solar Energy, and Sustainability — anywhere in the world. Other interests: Climbing Himalayan peaks ( 18,500 Ft so far in North Sikkim), High-altitude running ( #GWR- Ran on Worlds Highest Frozen Lake in Ladakh, India) and book reading fuels my inner energy.   • Diagnosed with Chronic Heart Blockage "Triple Vessel Coronary". Had undergone treatment and took a health recovery break, it impacted my financial status and career both due to break, however it helped me to recover, this did not stop me to achieve more. Below are my achievements after my severe heart issues and treatment.
  • >Did follow very strict diet and exercises to recover. Reversed diabetes under India's highly respected doctor Dr. Pramod Tripathi.
  • >Became Guinness Book Of World Record Official Participant. Participated in the world's highest altitude Frozen Lake Marathon in Ladakh-Pangong, ( In Himalayas) ran under -22 degrees along with 75+ elite runners from all over the world under extremely low Oxygen levels.
  • >Participated in Ladakh marathon post 6 months of my heart stenting.
  • >Climbed 18500 Feet mountain which is near India's Highest Lake in North Sikkim. Took special ---coaching on High altitude running to run at 14500 feet levels.
  • >Have mentored many heart patients to run and started a coaching initiative to prepare newbies to run 5k in 30-40 mints.
  • >During this break I have also authored books on The role of Cognitive Biases in Financial Markets and released research guides on Values Based hiring and on 14 golden rules for creating attractive Job descriptions and few other guides on busting assumptions and on Mental Models.
