• Financial Planning and Analytics:
• Lead the Data Science and Analytics team, which is responsible for org wide analytical pieces. End to end owner of all business/finance reporting, ad-hoc, data hygiene, database management, writing and maintenance of complex algorithms, etc.

• Worked on improving hygiene on the platform (Udaan App) for Mario . Developed listing and vendor/seller scorecard/model to ensure better user experience, product visibility, catalogue hygiene. Led to clean up of ~ 1lac listings, resulting in 10lac cost saving with minimal impact on GMV.

• Developed Cost to Serve (CTS) model to assess financial health for discretionary business (Mario) across different verticals, geographies, etc. CTS was heavily used in deciding the future operative strategies of Mario which helped Mario becoming CM3+ve.
• Administered credit risk management for AUM of 30Crs on Trade Credit by transaction analysis of credit buyers, identification of high-risk buyers, modification of credit limits, accounts suspension/closure/settlement, recovery procedures and blocking fraud buyers, which resulted in decreasing monthly credit hit by 10 lacs
• Did complex financial/analytical modelling on day to day basis, some being Should Udaan continue Credit Card payment option for Mario?, scenarios for 90% buyer repeat rate in next 2 quarters, etc. Ensured better business insights by building dashboards, etc.
