  • I led the consumer product of Cardekho Gaadi Store (Gaadi.com) within their used car business vertical. My job was to simplify experience of a car owner to sell his used car, along with increasing good quality leads for the business.
  • I had a great experience of working on end-to-end funnel here. Most notably, we integrated our flow on Acko & Park+ apps to increase relevant traffic.
  • I understood the power of making small changes. Like this one time, we added an OTP verification step before showing the car price. This single change helped filter serious sellers from casual ones and reduced our lead processing cost by 40%, without affecting our conversions & revenue.
