Hi I am Mahima, a curious & cheerful soul by nature. Call me a nerd but I love to learn new things! My expertise lies in Talent Acquisition, Client management, Training, Sales / Business Development & Operations. At Paytm, I was recruiting for Product, Growth, Business & Design roles. Prior to this I placed middle & senior executives in higher management roles across Internet / E-commerce / Tech enabled & Hospitality industry. My current role includes business development, client management & end to end recruitment process. Prior to this I gained hands on experience of corporate sales at Marriott International where I explored both the Gurgaon & Noida market. While Gurgaon was an account management scenario, Noida was built from scratch. During this tenure I was responsible for growing business for Pan India hotels for the chain for all brands - Luxury, Mid-scale and Budget and the new openings. The beginning of my career journey was with Taj Hotels as a duty manager ( front office operations) and as a management trainee (Taj Management Training Program aka TMTP) that gave me a unique insight into operations and multi-tasking. Daily interactions with globe trotters of various nationalities, industry leaders, celebrities, VVIPs and corporate leaders made me learn about the world from a very different perspective and gave me stories to cherish for a lifetime. I have been a freelance mystery shopper for the Retail and F&B segment and practiced Dream Interpretation for 12 years as well.
