I spent nine years at Apple working at the intersection of technology, education, and people — helping schools, universities, and public sector organisations adopt and get real value from the Apple ecosystem. Over that time, I built long-term relationships with 20+ institutional clients, led the rollout of Apple devices to schools during the COVID-19 lockdown, personally trained more than 1,500 educators through our "Teacher Tuesday" programme, and guided schools through complete digital infrastructure projects — from Ubiquiti/UniFi network setup to Jamf School MDM implementation and the integration of Apple Classroom, Schoolwork, and Moodle. Our store was recognised with an official DACH #1 Customer Satisfaction Award, one of the largest NPS improvements across all Apple stores globally that quarter. Beyond the technical side, I'm someone who believes the best technology outcomes come from genuine relationships — understanding how an organisation actually works before proposing anything.
