Prior to that, I was SVP & General Manager at Salesforce with full P&L ownership of Commerce Cloud and enterprise platform businesses spanning commerce, payments, and messaging. Earlier in my career, I held senior product leadership roles at Dataminr and Fuze, building and scaling AI-driven, mission-critical enterprise platforms, and was an early product leader at Contactive, helping take a data-driven startup from zero-to-one through acquisition. I began my career at Microsoft, where I developed foundational platform and cross-functional execution skills inside a highly matrixed, global organization. I’m known for building strong leadership teams and product operating systems that sustain performance beyond individual transitions. In addition to operating roles, I serve on boards and advise founders and executive teams on product strategy, platform evolution, and organizational scale.
