For over 15 years, I’ve supported high-growth organizations as they scale; not just by filling roles quickly, but by helping them hire the right people for where the business is headed. My experience spans media, fintech, start-ups, real estate, sports & entertainment, and power generation, partnering closely with founders and leadership teams focused on building strong, lasting companies. Throughout my career, I’ve built and led global Talent Acquisition teams, supported hiring across Canada, the US, Philippines, Ukraine, Argentina, and the Middle East, and implemented full TA ecosystems; from employer brand and strategy to immigration, relocation, reporting, and ATS selection (Workday, Greenhouse, Oracle, BambooHR, Ultimate, Jobvite). I’ve managed RPO partnerships, developed recruitment metrics that matter to leadership, and designed structured hiring processes that balance data with human judgment. I work with leaders to get clear on what success in a role truly looks like: the outcomes, the metrics, and the real impact on the business. When hiring is anchored in performance rather than just resumes, the process becomes more focused, decisions feel more confident, and teams grow with intention.
