Journey in IEX was short but able to drive many key technology initiative launching new product lines,stabilising and redesign RTM market, designing of data insight and development of new web based trading terminal. Role in UPL was heading Product and Technology for new strategic business Initiative by UPL call AFS. This is now transformed into new venture name nurture.farm.AFS is first farmer wing as service for UPL. AFS main goal is to provide low cost farmer mechanization service pay per use bases to farmers.As a party of this role in my short span. I have launched multiple apps and build platform for different eco system of agriculture.This includes from farmer app name nurture.farm,AFS operator driver app, business apps on Unimart ,remote sensing platform ,in-house asset management and IoT base controlling software for effective machine monitoring .In my last assignment in UPL played key role to launch UPL first retailer e-commerce app for retailer name with nurture.retail.AFS is now branded and created as dedicated company called nurture.farm. Having more than 18+ years of experience for managing, architecture and building highly scale able, mission critical, distributed web and mobile applications. Spend majority of career in building startup and scaling enterprise product .Instrumental in bootstrapping the idea into product. Shaped up many startup from scratch starting from requirement gathering, setting up technology stack, design, architecture and ramping the team. Have a in-depth understanding on industry best practices REST, Micro Services, DevOps,Domain Driven Design, ,API Driven Development,Containerization,Cloud Native app stack and Behavior driven Development. Have experience managing and running agile team across demographic. Managed different technologies teams from Microsoft to open source JAVA, Node, Python, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing ,Android,React-Native and iOS development. Instrumental in setting up teams from scratch for different startup product. Right from resource hiring, setting up architecture, designing, applying best practices etc. Work at ground level with team and very much hands on. Have right blend of technology, product and people management skills. Had a proven track record of setting up very high performing team. Also certified on strategy for leaders from IIML. Worked on different industry from Startups, Services,Big Enterprises and Product MNCs. Strong follower and practitioner of cloud technologies.
