• Handling customer complaints of mass production parts defect & warranty failure parts and identify their actual root cause and take corrective and preventive action by using (8D, 5W2H, CAPA,QPR,DAR,PACD).
• Review and update of process Flow / FMEA / Control plan according to customer

• Prepared quarterly quality performance PPT and give presentation to all customer.
• Monitoring quality Indices for all key customer and take action accordingly.
• Executed varied quality techniques and tricks such as Histograms, Check Sheets, and
• Pareto Analysis & CAPA and prepared detailed case studies.
• Interact with all key customers on a periodic basis to understand their requirements
• and complaints for improving the overall quality image of the company.
• Coordinate with CFT team to discuss and resolve product quality issues or any
• concern raised by customer.
• Ensuring countermeasure implementation through GENBA visit on a periodic basis.
• Responsible for conduct product & process audit by customer and submit the action
• plan if any raised non conformance.

• Monitoring the supplier Key Performance Indicators and take action accordingly.
• Responsible for Initial assessment audit Supplier/Vendor systems based on IATF
• 16949:2016 requirements , Process Audits, Run@Rate verification, PFMEA reviews, Special Processes evaluations.
• Monitoring supplier quality data and prepared quality rating of each supplier to
• identify the supplier quality performance.
• Support to Develop and Establish Quality Standards/ Systems at different Supplier’s sites and evaluate by conducting process audits to enhance the skills of supplier by imparting trainings at different levels.
• Conduct supplier process and system audits on a regular basis to ensure vendors and their supplies remain in compliance with company and production standards.
