About my professional self in a snapshot : I have worked as Program and Delivery Manager for Client Engagements, as needed. As a Trained Agile Practitioner with hands-on experience, my typical day would comprise of: 1. Stakeholder Management. Understanding Client Requirements and ensuring the same reflects in the Product Backlog. 2. Ensuring Team is staffed with well-mapped skillset and headcount to align with the Sprint Backlog. 3. Ensuring that Internal Leadership is apprised well of the Delivery, along with impediments, if any. 4. Ensuring that Voice of the Client is reflected well in the Backlogs and Reviews. Also sensitizing Client on the realistic Return on Investment. 5. Ensuring Team is Happy and not burning out. Having 1-1 connect, beyond the Team level sync-ups. A Happy Team ensures Better Productivity and lesser resentment/chances of attrition. 6. Encouraging Learning and Development within the Team, including myself. I believe I am as good as The Team. 7. Being proactive on the Job, with ears on the ground. I believe there are two simple ways of Program Execution. Being Proactive like a Watchdog, to prevent gaps. Secondly, engaging like a Firefighter to douse conflicts, if & when they take place. The above pointers attended daily adds up/scales up to the bigger vision of delivery timelines and quality, resulting in Happy Customers and Happy Teams.
