  • My team and I played a critical role in product expansion initiatives – from category creation to finding Product/Market fit to building Brand Perception to driving Demand Generation to Product Marketing to building Digital Marketing strategy, successfully taking 2 new product suites from 0->1 via new deals and expansions.
  • During this period, I conducted workshops and trained my team to derive value propositions aligned with various models by Fletch, build case studies driven by values not features, create internal checklists, drive competitor migrations campaigns, and enable sales with the right material to penetrate Enterprise accounts.
  • Taking on new responsiblities for Customer Marketing, I worked closely with the Customer Success team and the Product team to create a webinar calendar specifically for customers with the intention of winning upsells and cross-sells, expanding ARR by increasing usage, driving product adoption, increasing NRR, and reducing churn.
  • In this role, I also worked on improving MoEngage’s visibility, discoverability, and SOV on AI search engines such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overview. This included understanding the right prompts to optimize for, running backlink and brand mention campaigns, Reddit Marketing, building how-to videos, implementing LLMS.txt, and building a dedicated FAQ page with optional MD formats specifcally built for LLM crawlers.

  • In this role, I was a member of pod in the Marketing team that pioneered the use of Generative AI to create eye-catchy visuals for social media, breaking all the click-through rate records by a significant margin in the history of MoEngage.
  • During this period, I worked closely with upper management to create an organizational structure for the entire Content Marketing team. I learnt many skills that are required to lead a team – hiring, training, mentoring, conflict resolution, cross-functional collaboration at a managerial level, cross-functional rapport building, and inspiring team members to consistently achieve and over-achieve expectations.
  • Like the years before, I continued building a content calendar and strategy guide at a much larger scale spanning 13 markets in the US, Europe, the Middle East, Sountheast Asia, Australia, and India.
  • My team and I were now given the added responsibility of strengthening MoEngage's brand perception as a purpose-built solution for the Finanical Services industry. This included creating content in multiple formats, training sales on how to position and talk about MoEngage, creating brand guidelines specific to this niche, and ultimately generating demand and pipeline revenue.
  • When I was in this role, I also earned a certificate from Cornell University for successfully completing a course on Brand Management, during which I got the opportunity to interact with brand leaders from differnet conglomorates across the globe and learn from their experiences.

  • In my new role, I continued to drive Demand and Thought Leadership via Content across multiple markets across the globe, with new, additional responsibilities.
  • In an effort to enhance MoEngage’s brand presence and drive pipeline via field marketing, I played a key role in multiple editions of MoEngage’s flagship #GROWTH event in India and Indonesia. This new responsibility gave me an opportunity to conduct customer interviews (videos), and get them edited and published on youtube to strengthen MoEngage's brand presence and speed up funnel velocity in these markets.
  • It also gave me an opportunity to work closely with the field marketing teams to learn the nitty-gritty of B2B event management and Demand Generation via offline marketing activities.
  • Additionally, I was a key member of a pod responsible for revamping the MoEngage website where I was in charge of creating content for MoEngage’s product pages, brand pages (About Us, Career, Scale, and Enterprise-readiness), and conducting final editorial reviews for other pages like the Homepage, Industry pages, Channel pages, and other orphan pages.
  • I also took over ownership of improving MoEngage’s brand perception as a trusted solution for the ‘Media & Entertainment’ industry. This included creating ebooks, whitepapers, reports, articles, and in-depth case studies specific to this vertical. I conducted webinars, created and distributed video content about MoEngage's product capabilities specific to this vertical, and generated demand via digital marketing channels by guiding the digital marketing team on different strategies and tactics.

  • Built and maintained Rocketium's official blog, Academy. I designed a strategy to decide what content needs to be curated and what audiences need to be targeted. This also involved finding relevant social media platforms and online forums for distribution. I also wrote two ebooks to capture relevant enterprise leads. This was the highest lead generating channel for Rocketium.
  • LEAD NURTURING AND CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT
  • To increase the funnel pipeline value, I curated an email nurturing strategy. I used Intercom and Drift to understand customer pain points, and set up campaigns for different user segments.
  • SEO AND CONTENT-DRIVEN SEO
  • Implemented strategic SEO guidelines for the website and blog. I designed the website structure and set up a scalable framework in WordPress to scale operations. I then built high-converting landing pages and ran multiple A/B tests. A huge part of this was extensive keyword research and gaining technical SEO knowledge. I also ran several successful campaigns to earn backlinks organically, and boost our DA by over 30 points in a couple of months. I was solely responsible for ranking over 20 pages in the 0th and 1st position on Google SERPs.

  • Handled all social media accounts of Rocketium - Quora, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn. I researched what content our audience resonates with and created social media plans around it.
