• 4) Implemented real-time Fraud Detection in payment products, resulting in 1-2 potential frauds proactively captured every month through velocity rules, limits, and fraud rules.
• 5) Strengthened product support across teams - sales enablement, customer success, refund & settlement, onboarding, sprint planning

• Managed a team of 5 BAs to build products for e-commerce forecasting and logistics allocation engine to improve on logistics cost and customer delivery TAT.
• 1) Built a load forecasting model with ~90% accuracy for better operations. Designed a new allocation engine to simulate allocations based on projections at a pincode level
• 2) Managed the allocation engine product to optimize for cost (balancing performance vs. cost); Estimated savings of ~1Cr/month
• 3) Designed performance dashboards for the Offline Business - Including capturing of reporting requirements, Facts/OLAP designing, Big Query schema setup, and dashboarding.

• Initiated the dock operations & its stabilization in the new fulfillment center - DEL4. Handled recruitment & training of critical resources, benchmarking & implementing SOPs, and mitigating risks by optimization of layout & utilization of 4M resources efficiently.
• 1) Managed a team of 10 Engineers, & 400 Associates to design the process flow and scale up operations from 40k->160k units/day in 4 months
• Recognized by Amazon VP, India Operations for achieving 99.97% on-time deliveries in peak sale with 2000+ outbound vehicle movements
• 2) Achieved productivity of 1100 units/day/person (from 500) by initiating Lean Six Sigma DMAIC, pull strategy & developing proper skill matrix
• Delivered on ideas that resulted in an aggregate 15% reduction in variable cost per unit (VCPU)
• 3) Reduced the idle time in outbound picking process from 12% to 9%, placing DEL4 FC among the top 5 FCs (in this metric)

• Senior Field Engineer (Grade 10) in the Surface Well Testing Segment of Schlumberger with experience on both onshore and offshore rigs
• Awarded for completing 190 days offshore in a year as a team lead
• Executed field experiments with high temperature lithium batteries for down-hole gauges, leading cross-functional teams on the 1st drillship in the Red Sea
• Targeted a new market of Underbalanced drilling in Saudi Arabia, working with an integration of 3 segments; 4 projects followed in the light of the 1st success of the project
• Automated the data reporting for Artificial Lift operations,which were a result of Kuwait and Saudi Arabia joint contract in the Persian Gulf, thus reducing the data delivery time from 1hr to 10 min
• Led the field implementation of the data acquiring system for Surface Well Testing into a solar wireless network with minimal setup time

• Further, 5S implementation was performed in a spare container followed by designing the plan (including project-cost & project-completion-time) for the cage to store PIP tags.

• Optimizing the intake of Furnace Oil in Moore Cake Treatment Plant
• It involved optimizing the consumption of Furnace oil in the rotary kiln for heating of Zinc Sulphide and waste zinc compounds for raw Zinc Oxide Recovery followed by rigorous analysis of data using Excel. Seven major techniques for this purpose were suggested out of which four have been successfully implemented resulting in reduction of furnace oil consumption to about 1.6 liters/day.
