• ✓ Scheduling telephonic interviews, face to face interview and technical rounds and constant follow up for feedback with clients.
• ✓ Coordinating with candidate and hiring managers for tests, telephonic interviews and carrying out the recruitment process smoothly.Understanding recruitment analysis-total resumes shared Vs resumes shortlisted, joining Vs selection, current salary Vs offered hike etc.
• ✓ Constant follows up with the offered candidates till they join the organization.
