• Currently, I am a Principal Engineer/Manager at Paytm, where I own and manage three platforms 1. transactional core platform 2. Automatic Payments and 3. Digital Catalog platform of recharges and bill payments. In this role, I’m responsible for coordinating features across multiple services, working closely with product managers to gather requirements, design solutions, and oversee the entire lifecycle from development to deployment. I ensure cross-service features are architected into manageable components, estimate efforts, and manage risks while mentoring developers. My focus is on keeping txn platform performant, robust and avoid financial risk across system.
• One of the key projects I’ve led at Paytm is the introduction of prepaid autopay, which had previously been restricted to postpaid categories. Recognising the potential in prepaid markets, I led the development of a comprehensive strategy that brought new users on recurring payments.
• I also spearheaded a critical autopay mandate migration project in response to an RBI circular, successfully reactivating mandates and preserving customer relationships.
• Initially I worked in the migration of Paytm's recharge infrastructure to Paytm Bank, addressing service dependencies and leading Business payments feature.

• As a software development engineer, I have had the privilege to work on multiple teams and projects at Microsoft IDC. One of my key roles was in platform development, where I was involved in building a low-latency, high-throughput storage engine based on distributed architecture. This platform enabled Bing to deliver faster search results on the home page, as well as support various other scenarios for 'MS Office', 'Teams', and other Microsoft products. My primary responsibilities included developing a platform for user quota management and building common layers for client SDK, making them cross-platform compatible.
• I have also worked on back-end content building for Takpanes and Carousels, and as a key contributor to the STC-I Bing team, I was responsible for improving coverage and quality of Taskpane triggering on the Bing search page. Additionally, I worked on enabling more content for Carousels and Taskpanes on the Bing search page.
• In my earlier role, I wrote and implemented algorithms to extract data from various resources and markets and put the extracted data into the Bing knowledge graph.
• Lastly, I was part of the ICE (Information and Content Experience) team at Microsoft IDC, responsible for delivering MSN and Bing Apps across platforms. Within ICE, I contributed to the MSN Sports Team, where I helped provide end-to-end sports experience features for MSN in all markets.

• During my tenure at the Contacts Team, I contributed to a project that enabled users to keep a set of contacts hidden on their phones, even if someone gained access to their device. This feature allowed users to protect their privacy by ensuring that the hidden contacts list would only be visible when the user authorized access via a password. As a key contributor to this project, I developed and implemented the necessary features and functionalities to ensure the seamless and secure functioning of the authenticated contacts list.
