I’m currently working as the VP of Operations at EX Squared India, where I lead and manage all core business operations. My role involves working closely with stakeholders across departments including delivery, marketing, and leadership teams, to plan and execute strategies that support business growth and operational excellence. My main focus is to identify new and unexplored areas for business expansion and to ensure that we are strategically positioned in the market. I work actively on building frameworks that improve efficiency, productivity, and collaboration across teams. A key part of my role is resource planning and skill-based workforce mapping. I make sure the right people are placed in the right roles based on their strengths and expertise. I also lead our upskilling and development initiatives, which help our employees stay aligned with the latest market demands, tools, and technologies. My leadership approach is hands-on and people-centric. I believe in building strong internal systems that enable seamless execution and support scalable growth. Whether it’s addressing operational gaps or improving team alignment, I always aim for solutions that are both practical and future-focused. Earlier, I worked as an HR Manager at EX2 Solutions, where I gained deep experience in policy-making, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management.
