About

I started out studying medicines, but somewhere along the way I realised I was more interested in why people choose products than how they’re formulated. That curiosity took me from Panjab University to an MBA in Marketing & Strategy at XLRI, and into brand building. I currently work as a Brand Manager at Shree Cement, where I lead brand, GTM, retail, loyalty, and digital initiatives turning consumer insight into execution across ATL, BTL, and on-ground activation. I’ve collaborated with agencies, vendors, and business to make marketing tangible. Earlier, at Clematis Group (Dubai), I worked on GTM, CRM, UX, and growth for F&B brands in a fast-moving D2C setup. I enjoy the messy middle where strategy meets execution, creativity meets numbers, and brand meets business reality. Mostly found here - sharing lessons, stories, and the occasional meme.
