One of the first product managers for Paytm’s Card Machine product, launched multiple industry-first card machines (A50, G2) with CC/DC/UPI Payments.
Built multiple products targeting enterprise merchants, including Brand EMI, Bank EMI, and forecourt controller integrations etc., scaling the product to 300K+ acceptance points, including major merchants like Reliance, More, Spencers, and HPCL.
Implemented India’s first payment system for NCMC(National Common Mobility Card) acceptance in collaboration with NPCI and Payments Bank.
Pioneered tap-and-pay functionality at Delhi Metro Airport Line gates, enabling seamless offline transactions (even without internet), automated settlements, and recharges via cash or linked savings accounts.
Conceptualized and piloted FASTag acceptance on EDC devices for fuel payments, rolling it out across RIL petrol pumps.
