About

I help B2B and industrial companies build clean, scalable commercial processes that actually match the way they sell. My work sits across CRM design, sales process alignment, lead management, and the operational structure behind predictable growth. I’m tool-agnostic by design. I’ve built and optimized systems in both HubSpot and Salesforce, but I’m not married to any platform. Companies don’t need a trendy tool; they need a setup that fits their workflow, budget, and stage of growth. I focus on selecting and shaping the right solution rather than pushing a preferred vendor. Before consulting, I spent years in marketing and revenue operations, which means I understand the full digital demand landscape - website, SEO, content, paid and owned channels - and how these elements feed the CRM and sales pipeline. This lets me look at your ecosystem holistically, diagnose what’s actually blocking revenue, and design structures that support both marketing and sales without overcomplicating anything. I’ve also built an inside sales function from scratch, so lead handovers, qualification criteria, lifecycle clarity, and sales readiness aren’t theoretical frameworks to me - they’re systems I’ve implemented, tested, and refined with real teams. My style is practical, collaborative, and calm. I bring structure where teams feel stretched, simplify where things have become too complex, and make sure the systems you invest in can actually be used by the people who depend on them. I currently balance consulting projects with part-time embedded roles and take on new engagements where I know I can create clarity fast and leave teams stronger than before. Sabine vidrike consulting

Founder

Dec 2025Present · 5 mos · Greater Odense Area · Hybrid

  • After 7 years building the commercial engine rooms for global robotics leaders like Universal Robots and MiR, I'm thrilled to announce I've launched Sabine Vidrike Consulting.
  • My mission is simple: I fix what no one else wants to admit is broken.
  • If you work in Industrial B2B, Manufacturing, or Robotics, you know the drill: your sales cycles are long, your CRM is messy, and your teams are fighting over lead definitions. That chaos costs you predictable revenue.
  • I cut through the BS and deliver clean structure:
  • The Fix: Eliminating friction in your long B2B sales cycles by providing clear processes and robust CRM architecture. I specialize in the full Lead to Revenue journey.
  • The Difference: I'm tool-agnostic (HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics - I've lived in them all), but I prioritize fixing the human element. My expertise is getting sales and marketing to speak the same language through aligned KPIs and clear documentation.
  • The Tone: I thrive in chaos and love clarity. I promise no fluff, no guru theatrics. I bring a sarcastic touch and collaborative energy to make complex processes fun - even if corporate jargon is needed to get stakeholder buy-in across departments.
  • I built systems that worked across three continents and countless distributor channels.
  • Let's make yours work, too.
