My startup journey started in college with a small experiment. With little experience but boundless curiosity, I wore every hat, from growth to ops, product, and finance, and built a deep understanding of what moves revenue. At SquadStack.ai, I now lead our go-to-market engine. During my time here, I’ve driven growth across PMF phases and geographies (US and India) — from 0 → 1, then scaling from 1 → 10, and now 10 → 100. My focus: Revenue / Demand, conversion efficiency, and marketing that directly impacts the bottom line. We work with some of the leading brands in India, including Eureka Forbes, Kotak, HDFC, Axis, Amity University, Angel One, and more. I lead with a bias for action, transforming ideas into momentum, building team alignment, and enabling growth that’s efficient and future-ready.
