My team provides a channel, ship method and package size level forecast at Day level granularity. The network includes 24 Amazon owned and 14 Third Party SCs
  • Projects:

This is done by mapping the 8k+ lanes across network and cross referencing it against backlog clearance in first mile network to supply constraints at middle & last mile.

Core Team member of "D+1" Forecasting project which enables daily forecasting (a tactical intervention) in addition to a weekly forecasting cycle (strategic orientation) using landing profile of already slammed packages coupled with TP90 transit time and ML model for predicting the yet to be slammed packages to arrive at an accurate landing profile across SCs for the next day. This enables sites to plan for flexible labour optimally with minimum cost bleed without compromising speed of delivery and productivity
