I am an HR person with a great interest in the HR Operations and HR Coordinator role with excellent professional communication along with strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities. My last experience was as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. However, I consider myself much better in HR Operations as I previously worked and excelled in that role. Previously worked in a resourcing team where I shouldered recruitment, staffing management, maintained employee records, assisted with payroll processing, and provided administrative support. I genuinely enjoy knowing others and it's been my favourite part of any role I have ever held. Driven by my role, the incredible opportunity I get to interact with others for various purposes is something I look forward to. Assisting candidates to reach their career goals and the company in reaching next level is something I am grateful for.
