Welcome! :) Growing up in a defence family meant change was the only constant, may it be new cities, new schools, new people. Over time, this way of life shaped my adaptability, resilience, and a deep respect for diversity. It also sparked my curiosity about people - what motivates them, what holds them back, and how environments influence who we become. My experience in Financial Operations at Goldman Sachs strengthened my approach to operational rigor, risk mindset, and execution excellence, while my current role within HC - Global Recruitment Operations at D. E. Shaw allows me to apply these principles in a people-focused context. Across both environments, I’ve consistently found that the most meaningful outcomes emerge when strong systems are grounded in an understanding of human behavior. Beyond work, I’m deeply curious about people, behavior, and experiences that shape us. I’m pursuing a Diploma in Modern Applied Psychology to deepen my understanding of human behavior (because people are endlessly fascinating). Reading, game nights, conversations with people and travel help me recharge, while my interest in thrillers, crime documentaries, and criminal psychology feeds my curiosity. I believe meaningful workplaces are built when people feel seen, included, and motivated and that belief continues to guide both my professional and personal journey.
