• Blue Matter Consulting is a strategic consulting firm in the life sciences industry, specializing in market research, commercial strategy, product development, and market access for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies.
• In my internship I was staffed on a market entry and product launch project for a mid-size biotechnology company specializing in oncology therapies across multiple indications. My role primarily included assisting the team with anything project related including:

• As President, I oversaw the daily administration and efficient operations of an organization with 7 departments and 104 members.
• Some initiatives implemented by my team and I:

• The UCLA Center for Health Policy Research improves the public's health through high-quality, objective, and evidence based research and data that informs equitable, impactful, and cost-effective policymaking. It is the home of CHIS which is the largest population based state health survey in the nation.
• In my role:
• I researched, analyzed, and programmed data from Central public data systems to find solutions to the disproportionate impacts of covid amongst asian populations in Los Angeles; to be used by California policymakers while determining target locations for health initiatives. This was presented in the form of a policy proposal to one of the CHIS directors.
• Conducted a workshop for policymakers and community leaders on navigating healthcare data and using the CHIS platform and the data that we collected to assist in programmatic and policy development work.
