• Developed AI agents extracting logistics data across multiple WhatsApp groups, sanitizing information, and populating databases, enabling ops teams to chat with data in natural language and saving 8+ hours weekly on manual reporting
• Launched Feedmill Agent + Sales app used by field teams to track and manage dispatches in real-time, reducing operations turnaround time significantly and improving visibility across the supply chain
• Enhanced the Dispatch Management System (DMS) enabling Procurement Analysts to verify field information, create fulfilments, and manage quality data
• Streamlined payment workflows within DMS (Dispatch management system built on Retool) for managing invoices and settlements, significantly reducing payment cycles
