This is generally what I do... • Herd cats • Explain how not to waste a ton of money • Prototype • Work out that what a business says a user does and what a user says they do isn't necessarily the same thing, or even what users want to do. • Define if the act of creating or the design outcome is more important to a business. As a reminder, I am a professional, and I charge when asked to complete design tests. For ASD-2 and ADHD accommodations: • One go-to person I can rely on. With regular one-on-ones. • No spur-of-the-moment changes. Autistic people do not do well with sudden changes. • I cannot work under fluorescent lighting. • I need instructions in writing. I cannot stress this one enough. • WFH flexibility.
