• 1. Lead a team to improve the overall Architecture of our Compliance Platform in order to support Seamless Onboarding of new use cases by reducing the overall time to onboard.
• 2. Worked with different teams across Global Mile on providing a Compliance Platform to Small Parcel Shippers/Sellers in China to enable their inventory to different marketplaces such as US, EU etc. I led this program from requirement clarification, to
• execution, including support for end-to-end testing, post launch support. As part of this
• project, I worked independently, while mentoring new engineers to the
• team and onboarding them to the program. I was the main point of contact and
• successfully managed all requirement changes during the project and shared the impact of the
• project timeline
• 3. As part of our product stabilization task force, I took the lead on understanding all the
• different symptoms that were observed. I worked with my peers and other teams to
• understand all the underlying root-causes. I then worked on all the action items owned by our
• teams. I independently led this initiative until all root-causes were addressed. As a
• result, our incoming high severity tickets reduced by 16% which brought down our team's on call load and helped mitigate customer issues by improving the customer experience.
• 4. Lead a Team, worked on Designing (HLD and LLD) and implementing a highly scalable distributed system to support Data Warehousing use cases for Transportation Compliance for Auditing, Querying and Reporting purpose.
• 5. Lead a Team and Implemented Eventual Consistent Document/Data Replication Feature (HLD and LLD) which will replicate documents/data on demand across different regions depending upon business requirements.

Built low latency, highly available, highly scalable distributed system solving real world transportation problems with primary focus to automate and systematize the process of delivering packages to customers across the globe. For each order processed in Amazon there are Transportation Events which are being published, I have designed (HLD and LLD) and implemented a highly scalable distributed system which evaluates for the appropriate Transportation Compliance Events for which regulatory compliance documents can be generated.
• 2. Worked on making Team's service pipelines Full CD (Continuous Deployment) by adding integration tests, load tests, enhancing unit tests (by increasing line and branch coverage), adding roll back monitors etc as part of the service pipelines.

• I was part of the verification group where my job was to optimize the partitioning of the circuit which are modelled in the form of graphs in the FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Arrays) cores using various partitioning algorithms.
