As the Global Head of Talent at Stader Labs & Kernel DAO, I am spearheading the talent acquisition strategies and execution across the organisation touching APAC, US, EMEA, LATAM markets. Also responsible for positioning a strong employer brand for potential candidates. As the Head of Human Resources at Urban Ladder, I spearheaded the entire gamut of HR functions, including talent acquisition, HR business partnering, HR operations, learning and development, and admin/facilities. I have over 10 years of experience in HR, working with startups and established companies across various domains, such as E-Commerce, Internet, Retail, Ed-Tech, Fintech, and Insurance. My core competencies include strategic Talent Acquisition, Manpower/Capacity Planning, HR Strategy, Performance Management, Business Partnering, Stakeholder Management, Team Building, Process Improvement, and Employee Engagement.
