In my current role as CHRO at OPPO Mobiles India Pvt. Ltd., along with Business leaders, I work on developing and executing Talent Strategy to make OPPO a purpose-driven, performance-oriented, and principles-led workplace. Have strategized and led Digitization of HR processes for more than 10,000 employees for maximising Operational efficiency and revamped the performance management, compensation and benefits, and other policies. Before this, I was heading L&OD at Samsung Research and Development Institute. I was accountable for strategizing and leading all people/organizational capability enhancement/learning (leadership, behavioral and domain/technical) and culture change initiatives. In my capacity of being a flag bearer of Diversity and Inclusion, I was leading an internal women engagement forum and was driving other Inclusion initiatives as well. I was the first L&OD professional from Samsung to be a part of first Global Mobility Program at Samsung Electronics Leadership Center, Korea (HQ) in 2017. Was a Task Force member of many global initiatives like Samsung Global Coaching Framework, Samsung Leadership Competencies Framework, DEI. Am a Certified Transformation Coach, Assessor, Facilitator, NLP practitioner, Instruction Designer, and Crucial Conversations specialist. I am also certified in Talent Management by Wharton.
