• Shyam is now part of Infosys Center for Emerging Technologies (iCETS) and leads the AI, Blockchain and Cyber Security CoEs.
• Shyam is the Chief Architect of Infosys Live Enterprise Application Management Platform, a next generation AMS platform for the digital enterprises. It was a key differentiator in over $2B deals in FY20 at Infosys and is making a difference at a scale that matters to Infosys and our clients.
• Working with Infosys CISO and Cyber Security Practice in architecting and developing Infosys Cyber Next Platform, a comprehensive cybersecurity solution for enterprises to fulfil the promise of securing their future.
• Working on multiple POCs applying Blockchain technologies in various usecases including Trade finance, P2P payments, Supplychain visibility, Provenance, Food Safety, Energy Trading and so on using various implementations like Ethereum, Hyper Ledger, MultiChain, Corda, Ripple.
• Shyam is also leading the ADM CoE team that is working on developing next gen application development frameworks and tools for 12 factor applications leveraging Open Source Solutions like AngularJS2, Springboot, Netflix OSS, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, Jenkins and so on.

• Shyam worked with Infosys CEOs office in incubating Infosys Mana, the knowledge and machine learning driven automation offering from Infosys which was launched at Confluence 2016 by our CEO.
• Worked with multiple teams including our clients, our delivery teams from various service lines and industry domains, conducted multiple design thinking workshops to identify the requirements and led the team that developed the features in a very short duration. Architected Mana to leverage Big data analytics and machine learning algorithms to quickly identify opportunities for automation and learn the resolution logic by analyzing data from various sources including ticket dumps, application and infrastructure logs, health metrics, alerts and so on.

• Shyam is one of the few Infoscions who has won org wide excellence awards (in a open for all peer reviewed selection process) for the last 5 years in a row.
• Shyam conceptualized, architected and led the team that developed and implemented Infosys Automation Platform (IAP). This platform enables automation of IT Operations using AI, Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, Big Data Analytics, Machine Learning algorithms and Stream Processing technologies.
• IAP is being leveraged in over 90 customer engagements. It is also leveraged as a key differentiator in over 45 large ITO deals in the last 12 months. IAP was key differentiator that helped Infosys win the largest infrastructure support deal in the 25+ year history of Infosys recently. • Shyam leads the Cloud and Big Data Center of Excellence at Infosys Labs in Infosys.
• Shyam has worked extensively in architecting and developing innovative solutions and reusable frameworks leveraging emerging technologies like cloud and big data technologies in a variety of use cases including genomics, device data analytics, click stream analytics, retail recommendations, fraud detection, incentive analytics, warranty analytics, connected cars and so on.
• Shyam has several patents pending, was invited speaker at several conferences and has several publications.
