I am Siddhi Chichkhede. My professional focus is Human Resources, and I am actively exploring practical no-code AI. I hold a BBA from GH Raisoni College (2025). During a 4-month HR internship at A Business Studio I managed end-to-end recruitment: LinkedIn sourcing and targeted outreach, CV screening, screening interviews, interview coordination and candidate communication. I also spent one month as Team Lead supervising and training four HR interns on LinkedIn hiring workflows, quality checks and process documentation. I designed Canva posts to support employer branding and helped with content scheduling. In Toastmasters (2 years, 10 months) I served as Club Secretary and Speech Crafter, managing confidential records, scheduling meetings and mentoring over 25 speakers. I hold certifications in Generative AI and Digital Skills: Artificial Intelligence, and I completed an HR simulation with GE Aerospace. I do not have coding experience, but I am learning to build no-code AI agents, apps and bots using prompt-driven tools and agent workflows. My primary career focus is HR — talent acquisition, candidate experience, employer branding and people development — while I explore ways to apply no-code AI to improve HR processes.
