• Wydr is a B2B eCommerce Platform funded by Bessemer Venture, Stellaris Venture, Axis Capital, Singapore and Jungle Venture Partners. It has PAN-India presence across 2,000 cities with 1+ million users clocking GMV of INR 500 Cr in FY 2017-18. My role included end-to-end product management for Sellers. I also manage 4 horizontal modules - Search, Catalog, Orders & Fulfilment

• Setup the product search from scratch using ElasticSearch to increase its contribution in orders to 30% & increase the buyer stickiness by 300%.
• Increased buyer-seller affinity by 20% by introducing My Sellers Section on App and implementing buyer-seller chat on platform.
• Developed Sellers store management tools like Catalog Feed Tools, Inventory Management and Deal Submission, thereby reducing daily queries by 70% and internal team workload by 50%.
• Implemented Auto courier allocation which reduced cost by 5% and improved SLA from 7 days to 3 Days.

• Filled in the gap created by the absence of Engineering VP & volunteered to lead the Tech Architecture, and led the Infrastructure movement from NetMagic to AWS & GCP.

• Shopclues is a Unicorn organization specializing in B2C eCommerce launched in 2011 having 5+ lakhs merchants across 30,000 cities. Playing different roles in Product & Catalog department, I managed catalog, product reviews (major) & promotion (minor)
• Developed Master Catalog as a smartly organised set of entire catalog, thereby reducing the shipping cost by 19% and SLA from 5 days to 3 days, and even opening a new revenue stream.
• Implemented self-management of catalog by sellers using tools like Product Feed Tool thereby increasing live catalog size by 100% within a period of 8 months.
• Automated & optimised the product quality approval process using features like smart size chart, thereby reducing the team size from 20 to 4 people and decreasing the catalog go-live time from 10 days to 4 days & reduce the RMA from 21% to 18%.
• Led Wal-Mart integration with Shopclues to give better and automated cataloguing experience to end users.
• Led Shopclues-DHgate (Chinese eCommerce) integration to enable merchandising of select DHgate products on shopclues.
