There’s this scene in Mad Men where Don Draper says, “Make it simple, but significant.” That line stuck with me, because it’s exactly how I think about content. It’s not about doing more. It was the TRACTION. It was the RESONANCE. Because traffic is a vanity metric. Resonance builds trust. TRUST BUILD MARKETS. In the past few years, I completely rewrote the content marketing strategy. I built an AI-powered content engine when most teams were still experimenting with prompts. The GOAL wasn’t to flood the LLMs and SERP with more articles.. but was about engineering a system that could think in brand voice, adapt to GTM goals, and scale without losing quality. That engine doubled impressions month after month, boosted organic reach, and turned content into a business lever, not just a marketing checkbox. What I’ve learned is simple: CONTENT is GTM….period!!! It creates: - DEMAND - SHARPENS SALES CONVERSATIONS - STRENGTHENS RETENTION and… - FUELS ADVOCACY!!!! Done right, it becomes a strategic moat. Done poorly, it’s just noise. My edge has always been treating content like a discipline, consistent, strategic, and designed to build over time.
