With close to two decades of fulfilling journey in my career, I currently lead the offshore software development center at Fluxon, a global team of tech leaders from Google, Stripe, and top startups trusted by the most innovative companies to build world-class software products. I am Six Sigma Green Belt certified. As the Director of Operations, I am responsible for the India center's P&L, resource management, compliance & legal, HR, and global talent acquisition. I have successfully set up and scaled global business operations in India, recruiting, onboarding, and training a diverse and high-performing team of software engineers, project managers, and other functions while extensively collaborating with counterparts in APAC, EMEA, and America region. I endeavor to foster a culture of collaboration and excellence within the team.
