Clients need revenue and business growth; that’s where I come in. Over the past two decades, I have worn several hats in international and domestic businesses and loved every minute!   • In this role, I had global responsibility for Marketing, Communications, Brand Management and Business Development.
  • I was the Program Manager for Amnet’s new business Strategy program called eStratexia which was aimed at identifying new lines of business and at retention/enhancement of existing market share. From a Long List of 44 ideas from over a total of 216 opportunities, we identified a Working Shortlist of 16 ideas. Two of the ideas were successfully launched Centres of Excellence (CoE) from the strategic buckets - Premedia for Packaging industry and Ad Design.
  • Developed micro-websites for the new business, six trade shows, over 300K digital impressions that led to the addition of four clients for each CoE (in the same financial year) with a total production team size of 42 FTEs and contributed to $500K.
  • Building and maintaining a productive business relationship with existing clients & prospects to identify/ develop new business opportunities. Rolled out a monthly newsletter program leading to overall increase in brand recognition. Instituted a Customer Experience Program that was conducted half-yearly. This led to decrease in client escalations and identified new business opportunities (increase in revenue by 12%)
  • Led new product market and brand development by identifying new markets (USA and UK) for product with a combination of market intelligence and sales intelligence. Three road shows, Six trade shows, over 750K digital impressions in a year leading to eight new clients in the year
  • Built the corporate marketing from the ground up through a mix of existing and new employees; team of 12 members and leveraging third-party providers for branding, creative and trade shows.

  • One of the oldest IT and ITES provider headquartered in India. I was the Senior Manager for Marketing and Business Development. In Datamatics, I led the website revamp, initiated digital marketing, customer survey program, newsletter program (both internal and external clients) and a host of other new business initiatives. I was overall responsible for new business development at Datamatics and was employed with them from March 2004 until March 2008.
  • The website revamp led to an increase of 45% visitors and an increase in lead generation. The leads generated from the website contributed to six clients in the period. Search Engine Optimised content, White-paper marketing, Case Study promotion were some of the other marketing activities that led to overall increase in branding metrics.
  • During this tenure, I built a team of lead generation members, market research and intelligence, proposal management, designers, content writers, web developers and digital marketing; team size was 40 members.
  • Also, added a couple of Six Sigma Green Belts for Market / Customer Segmentation & Inside Sales processes at Datamatics.
