  •  Optimised on Associate overhead costs by linking it to incentives based on performance and attendance, in the context of fast ramp up (5.7X growth in 15 months) including launch of 90 new locations, while faced with 30% attrition per month
  •  Optimised on Sales productivity by designing an aggressive incentive package to drive sales and revenue growth
  •  Supported the Sales team to develop a Field Force Training model that ensured Associate readiness post 4 day induction training, Sales Effectiveness in 45 days and a Monthly Playbook for new Products
  •  Apprenticeship-based Program for Management Trainees, to work respectively as ISDs, Supervisors, and Territory Sales Managers until they achieved respective monthly Targets and were fielded as Area Sales Managers. This ensured Field Force Sales Effectivness within 90-120 days.
