Currently working as a Sr. TPM with the Amazon Devices org building a product ground up using Native AWS on an innovative product. Reporting at VP level and working with 10+ teams as stakeholders and requires hardware and software solution. As a Sr. TPM i also initiated and led the team move out of a fully manual translation model to a model using Machine Translation and manual review for the Amazon Devices Org. Launched a Validation tool building it ground up using NAWs to help capture quality issues with translations and the tool is open for use across Amazon. I worked as a Sr. QAE earlier driving 2 teams, size of 20, as a technical lead. In this role i was responsible for setting the process and defining test strategies to make sure that the teams are doing right kind of testing, right amount of testing, right automation and tooling approach. I have built multiple tools around quality to make teams efficient. I have also designed complex projects and worked with many team members to deliver it. I do a lot of interviews and recruitment for my team and partner teams in Amazon. I started my career back in 2005 with Tata Consultancy Services where i worked for 5 years. I started as a manual tester but grew into an automation engineer, performance test engineer, QA lead, and QA consultant on Centre of Excellence Team in TCS. I joined Amazon in 2010 and working as a quality assurance engineer for 10 years and moved to a TPM role. As a QA, I set up 2 QA teams in Amazon. I have designed tests for 4 web services from scratch and managed testing needs of 10 other services over a period of 10 years writing java code almost every day testing various APIs. I also had the opportunity to wear different hats like performance turning, driving operational excellence, hardware planning and migration for Tier 1 service, kindle device automation etc
