My journey began on the frontlines of Customer Support, answering support calls, handling escalations, and learning what it really takes to earn trust. Not just from customers, but from teams, managers, and stakeholders who needed someone to take ownership. That mindset stuck with me. Over the years, I led customer success across teams from SaaS to finance to telecom. And somewhere along the way, I noticed a pattern. Everyone was solving faster, but no one was solving better.
