• Created personalized user stories(450+ Million users) for HotstarReplay'23, showcasing individual viewing highlights. Handled max 4K QPS traffic with 10-15 ms latency.
• Developed video quality comparator widget to show the difference between HD & FHD quality, which also supports frequency capping, audience targeting. Improved partner plan upgrades by 1-2%.
• Adding the capability to show communication messages(like Subscription, Offer, etc.) to users on LR platforms. Just after launch, 36+ campaigns were launched & increased subs revenue by 2x on LRs.

• Based on metrics, performed scale-down activity for Syclla cluster, DynamoDB Accelerator (DAX) nodes
• Developed a "Free Pass" feature to provide 20 minutes daily free watch time for paid content. Created an experiment in Entitlement SDK and used it across services to update Masthead & Detail page Callout, CTA, and Artwork images on content trays.
• Developed V2 version of "Free Pass" feature to provide configurable (2h, 4h, 6h) free watch time per month. Made changes in Entitlement SDK & dependent services (like CDDS, Reco, Search, Ads) to update CTA, Callouts on Masthead & Detail page, Comms banner depending on remaining time state, Myspace skinny, etc.
• An enhancement on the "Free Pass V2" feature to support cohort based timer(CBT). Made necessary changes to support CBT during high-concurrency IPL matches.
• Developed a "Explore" feature to show personalized content topics based on user's interest.
