I am a technocrat, entrepreneur, and visionary leader with 30+ years of experience across global IT services, cloud, and data center infrastructure. As Co-founder, MD & CEO of Yotta Data Services, I am driving India's ambition to become a global AI and digital powerhouse. At the forefront of India's AI infrastructure revolution, I lead Yotta Shakti Cloud—India’s largest and most advanced AI+HPC cloud platform built in partnership with Nvidia, powered by 8,000+ Nvidia H100 GPUs and state-of-the-art Infiniband architecture. With many thousands more GPUs including the latest generation Blackwell GPUs being shortly added, Shakti Cloud is the backbone of India’s AI compute, contributing nearly 65% of the total GPU compute capacity to the India AI Mission. From foundational LLMs to Indic language models and vertical AI stacks, almost all grounds-up AI models being built in India today are trained or inferred on Shakti Cloud—by startups, enterprises, and research labs alike. This platform is democratizing AI access, enabling India to build and host globally competitive, indigenous AI capabilities.
