• As the technical co-founder, my job was to design and develop the product a social, web based application which allows one to find activity partners. The web application is hosted on Google App Engine and is completely build using Python/web2py. Major components designed and developed were:
• Facebook integration including signup, login, auto-posting user activities on Facebook at regular intervals and inclusion of Facebook comments which led to 150% increase in user signup.
• Real-time friendfeed to help people see in which activities their friends were taking part. This led to a 25% increase is user participation.
• An anonymous peer feedback system.
• Optimized the web application to reduce server cost by approx. 50%

• Worked as a developer in Business Intelligence domain:
• Developed close of business modules using Teradata 12 PL/SQL procedures and shell scripts to process gigabytes of data daily and timely generate business analytics reports for client managers.
• Developed shell script for automatic generation of project-specific configuration files used by Autosys framework.
• Designed, developed and co-authored a paper on a JMX framework for calling data load scripts from AIX box to Linux box. The framework saved client from software licensing costs and was adopted in many modules.
