  • Redefined the events and attributes of products, category, and cart page for identification of tracking metrics.
  • Scoped out the entire Cart function by understanding use cases, error handling and feasibility of subscription offerings, solving for product bundling for improvements on vision, roadmap, and forward strategy (Designed low fidelity wireframes for proposed new features and changes in UI/UX)
  • Designed the testing sheet record dashboard for the tech team to operate and handle the sprint backlog items.
