I build learning ecosystems that scale. As Lead of Learning & Development for ZS India — the organization's largest geography globally, with 11,000+ employees — I lead a team of 11 L&D professionals and own the end-to-end learning agenda for the India business. In the last 10 months, I have simultaneously managed day-to-day L&D operations for India while contributing to ZS University, a global initiative to reimagine how enterprise learning is architected. It is the kind of work that sits at the intersection of strategy, design, and scale. What shapes how I approach L&D is not just my HR career — it is the years I spent before it. At KPMG, I worked in counterparty due diligence with Fortune 500 clients across investment banking, pharma, aviation, and oil & gas. I wrote reports that senior executives used to make high-stakes decisions. That experience taught me what business leaders actually value: rigor, relevance, and outcomes — not activity metrics. I carry that lens into every learning intervention I design. Across ZS and NTT, I have designed and transformed programs in leadership development, manager capability, onboarding, and sales enablement — always anchoring design in business need, not learning fashion. At ZS, I revamped flagship Milestone leadership programs using ADDIE, built the Manager Development Series for seasoned managers, and helped ZS Bangalore achieve the highest learning scores globally among all ZS regions. I am a certified MBTI Practitioner and have facilitated programs across all levels — from new joiners to senior leadership.
