As organizations pivot to sustainable business models now more than ever, I help empower leaders to unlock business value and drive long-term growth within planetary boundaries. Growing up I've always tried to minimize water wastage and plastic consumption and asked people around me to do so as well. However, I finally figured out my penchant for sustainability while building a sustainable business plan and leading my team to be deemed International Finalists at the HULT Prize Regional Summit. Furthermore, I performed an independent study in the field of sustainability to deepen my understanding of the subject while pursuing my MBA at IIM Indore. I aim to make sustainability a part of our daily lives because there's no planet B! Professionally, as a business consultant at the Sustainability Centre of Excellence - EY, I drive the cross-sectoral sustainability agenda by supporting clients and stakeholders globally. While at it, I am also helping build the 4Ps-in-a-pod Sustainability Community. Before joining EY, I worked at a major IT consulting and services firm, where I participated in a CXO-level consulting engagement for a Fortune 500 client. I also accelerated digital-led transformations in sustainability, automotive, and industrial manufacturing sectors across America and Europe, contributing significantly to client workshops, pursuits, and the creation of go-to-market strategies. Along with being an avid reader, I dabble in photography, writing, and sketching. I’ve read somewhere that we are the culmination of our experiences and I’m trying to be the best version of it!
