• ● Conducted A/B testing to analyse reasons for a drop-off in leads and recommended changes to improve CTA and page design in collaboration with the UX team, increasing leads by 8%.
• ● Built an internal tool in 2 weeks to summarise user sessions using no code UI and AI (finetuned LLM), presented it to the leadership team, reducing average product release time from 17 to 14 days.
• ● Facilitated user interviews and surveys, engaging 50+ customers to gather qualitative insights on digital retail experiences; findings presented to senior PMs led to immediate adjustments in product roadmap.
