• Partner with stakeholders across Technology, CIO, Finance, Asset Management, Procurement, Property Management, Fund Accounting, Operations, Debt Management, and Logistics to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.

• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies by analyzing accruals, proforma statements, and budget books, delivering insights that reduce operational costs and improve forecasting accuracy.
• Lead generative AI knowledge-sharing through book clubs and learning sessions; build custom GPTs to automate reporting workflows and reduce manual effort.
• Perform end-to-end testing, validation, and documentation using SQL, SAS, and Excel to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Spearhead and participate in stakeholder meetings, providing updates on reconciliations, reporting progress, and data integration initiatives.
